T&Cs - Rent Guarantee

We note the rental guarantee is:

• Governed by the Deed of Guarantee & Indemnity together with Rental Guarantee Agreement.
• Only available on 1 bedroom properties for a period of 12 months managed by Highland or its nominee;
• Capped at $1,000 per week;
• Subject to
  • Highland’s Agency Agreement and rental estimates;
  • a letting fee, equivalent to two weeks rent plus GST; and
  • a 8.8% property management fee;
  • receipt of an occupation certificate 30 days before the commencement of a tenancy
